Messebo Cement Factory is established with the following objectives:

1. To become a leader in manufacturing of building materials in Ethiopia and in the tigray reigion
2. To substitute the importing of cement so that to reduce the cash out flows of the hard currency
3. To export qualitative and competitive cement
4. To supply enough and qualitative cement and cement products to the society at a minimum possible price.
5. To help facilitate on expanding construction activities in the region as well as in the country
6. To generate profit for its persistence and further expansion.
